Return & Refund Policy

At StayBound Supply, every product is made especially for you once your order is placed. Because of this, we do not keep inventory on hand, and each item is created on demand through our trusted production partner.

Returns

Because our products are custom printed to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Ordering the wrong size
  • Changing your mind
  • Choosing the wrong color
  • Buyer's remorse

We encourage all customers to review our sizing charts carefully before placing an order.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, we're here to help.

Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and include:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photos showing the problem

Once reviewed, we'll gladly provide a replacement or refund when appropriate.


Lost Packages

If your package appears to be lost during shipping, please contact us as soon as possible.

We'll work with our fulfillment partner and the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and determine the best solution.


Order Changes & Cancellations

Since orders enter production quickly after purchase, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an order has been submitted.

If you need assistance, please contact us immediately after placing your order. We'll do our best to help before production begins.


Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to process the refund after it has been issued.
